Hi all, this is John, who wrote the software powering this account. Twitter have dropped their old API, breaking the software.

So until I can rewrite it, I'm afraid this account won't be retweeting angry commuters any more. Sorry, it's been fun!

Although I'm not sure it serves a purpose any more. When I started @scotrail didn't provide any customer service, and now it's outstanding.

(Or at least the customer service @scotrail provide via Twitter is outstanding. It's not really improved through other channels.)
