Adam Scott is beloved in the locker room, press room, caddie yard and on Golf Twitter. He is the classiest guy in golf and would be the most popular U.S. Open winner since Spieth 10 years ago. But this one would mean more, capping a great career. The crowd will be his tomorrow.

In 2012, I had 20 pounds on Adam Scott to win The Open at 40/1. I mentioned it to him early in the week. After a heartbreaking press conference, he came over to me. "Hey, Rob, sorry about your bet, mate". That is who he is. You cannot cheer enough for him tomorrow. #USOpen
