This is a frightening statistic. 68%+ is great, but a decline means a decline in stability, economic growth, and upward mobility. Utah has been the most upwardly mobile state for the past while (couple of decades?) That will change as a direct result of increased housing prices.

Amazing. The math on this is crazy, if he really did create around 1 million buildings—if he worked for 21 years, every day, he'd have to create around 130 buildings per day to get a million done.
