Caught up with a friend who moved to Australia as a doctor. Their contracted hours are 7:30am–3:30pm, 5 days a week. Paid significantly more than what they earned in the NHS working 48+ hrs/week. Every single 10 mins after 3:30pm is logged and paid as overtime. Let that sink
