The most practice changing trial from #ASCO25 is now live on NEJM .If this was a drug, this would be approved today. Globally relevant and low-cost intervention that is not only delaying relapse but actually improving survival. Perfect case example of a #cancergroundshot trial.

One filter that we should run "groundbreaking" studies is whether results will impact cancer control globally. Sadly, I found little correlation between importance of talks at #ASCO2025 to global implementation. We need to get better, given that 70% cancer deaths will be in LMICs
