Name another blockchain other than Bitcoin where code run off-chain (e.g., at indexers) can be regarded as smart contracts

If you take Bitcoin metaprotocols and indexers to its logical extreme, you end up reinventing Bitcoin consensus and nodes. Only #OPCAT allows nodes to be the most decentralized, secure, and trustless "indexers".

Cool experiment. But Alkane contracts are NOT executed by Bitcoin nodes on-chain, instead by indexers off-chain
