At Sainsbury Centre we work with a great team of artists on child-centred activities and family drop-in workshops. One of our challenges is making these sessions available to everyone. #museumsforall #earlyyears

Pre-pandemic there was a on-going growth in economic inequality and rise in number of children living in poverty. The economic barriers to visiting museums are real, even when museum entry is free. #musemsforall #inworkpoverty Joseph Rowntree Foundation

We worked with Rach Anstey-Sanders in an exhibition of contemp. ceramics by Magdalene Odundo. Handling collection of small ceramics really helped. Also Rach Anstey-Sanders 's ability to find comparisons for young children - she talked of yoghurt pots, plant pots & more #museumhour
