Oscar There is also the Cleverley scenario: likeable manager becomes a victim of his own earlier success. Or another: we finally suffer the relegation Pozzo’s mismanagement deserves, to then decide he can’t be bothered running a League One club and put us on the brink again.

Watford were actually building something tangible and probably could've put themselves in playoff picture if Gino Pozzo just simply backed Cleverley in Jan now look.

jordi waks 🇮🇱🏳️‍🌈🔸 I agree with one of your tweets Jordi. The chant needs to remain the way it is. I don't care about Gino , He don't care about me, All I care about is Tom Cleverley. The way they have treated Tom is fucking disgraceful

Tom Cleverley may not have ever reached the levels of Graham Taylor, but he sure may have got bloody close. Now we will never know What we do know is Tom was a widely respected, caring, passionate, intelligent, family man, who has been thrown to the curb like trash #watfordfc

Watford have announced the sacking of boss Tom Cleverley after 13 months in charge of the Hornets - making him the 11th manager to leave the club since 2020 🤕 We take a look at 6 potential replacements that could fit the Vicarage Road hot seat next. #WatfordFC [THREAD] 🧵👇

Not surprised that Tom Cleverley has been sacked knowing what our owner is like when it comes to hiring and firing head coaches...thought he did an admirable job in difficult circumstances both at the end of last season and this season until injuries started to hit #watfordfc

goldengoals I hope you’re correct. I feel the first half of the season proved Cleverley was the guy if given money. We were in the playoff mix but no investment came. THEN form dropped. I feel a new coach is a way to get change w/o needing to spend (but not necessarily good change)

Cleverley final pre-game conference spoke about trying to get Abankwah & Wiley back on loan. Can imagine only Abankwah now. Also trying to hold Chakvetadze & Baah, wouldnt surprise me if they both left now after their TC posts Who would want to be associated with us? #WatfordFC
