Cal Ben Morrison Ol Crabtree Conflicted, can see both sides, the fact he was free makes me think he didn't want it as Hinsh sounded positive about him but maybe he thought better was out there and Boreham Wood was all he was left with ? All conjecture mind

DEADLINE DAY THOUGHTS Wonder if we’ll get any incomings today… If we don’t, I’d personally have no real issue - despite some of the grumbles I hear, I do think we have a well equipped, competitive squad. RB is often talked about, but we have Ferdi / Veltman / Hinsh / Weiffer

Mike Makes no sense to shoe horn Gomez or hinsh in the 10 when u got gruda on bench, just before international break perfect time to give Tzimas time off the bench too

Ben Morrison Mark You could say educated assuming. There’s too many coincidences. Hinsh’s comments, the signings, the fact Maynard was at the PO match, AH not doing the signing interviews, the signing of Stones. All coincidences or Occams Razor….

Tony Cole Tommy TOTP Also define morality? The Ugglas have increased City’s presence in the community, brought onboard countless charity partners etc.. I’d argue their moral, legal & fiduciary obligation to the fans & their role as owners supersedes all. Hinsh would have left for the right role.

Intercity79 Morgan Bruce ‘Twas bants Don’t think he’s the best appointment of all time but willing to give him a chance as I wasn’t impressed with Hinsh originally. The falling out with Brennan is a bit worrying but we will see what he’s like

Ol Crabtree (@olcrabtree) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Tony Cole TOTP I think the contract situation likely created tension and an erosion in their relationship. Ultimately we don’t know what happens behind closed doors. I haven’t seen Hinsh’s comments, who had been spoken to?

Tony Cole (@yorktone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Ol Crabtree TOTP I dunno. Hinsh's comments about the abrupt nature of his departure, plus the fact that on the pitch and in the stands there was no obvious reason to sack him, and Maynard doesn't seem like an obvious upgrade, make me feel like this is more likely to be about personality/control.

Tony Cole (@yorktone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

TOTP Possibly so. Feels like #ycfc have thrown the baby out with the bathwater in that case. Think with a bit of patience Hinsh could've learned lessons and got us over the Oldham hangover. Certainly looks a lot like plans were in place before sacking AH. Not a pleasant business 😒

Now the Maynard era is here, weve got tot figure out if there's an item of clothing we'll latch onto as fans. There was the Webb Clown costume, the Ardley coat, and the Hinsh Hat. What fashion piece will Maynard bring to the table #ycfc
