🇬🇧Capt Britain🇬🇧 If Indian employees are exempt from paying UK NI for 3 years, it risks breaching Equality Act rules (nationality bias), tax law consistency, and could face WTO or human rights challenges. Giving special status by nationality is legally risky.

Keir Starmer So as the Indian workers won't pay NI for 3 years does that mean they won't get access to the NHS for 3 years? I look forward to not getting a reply!

Tom Harwood They have a reputation for hard work and educational achievement. Good people to encourage but should not be given NI exemptions.

Labour has just sold out British workers for an Indian trade deal. They won't pay NI for 3 years which means they won't be contributing to the system despite using it and will be cheaper to employ than British workers. Labour doesn't give a toss about hard working Brits.

UDDA Alex Phillips An Indian on 15k a year will avoid 6k of NI. They will simply be swapped out after 3 years for another body. The imbalance with UK nationals working in India makes this a staggeringly bad idea.

5 things Keir Starmer never mentioned during VE celebrations 1. My dad was a toolmaker. 2. My mam worked in the NHS. 3. I prosecuted grooming gangs. 4. I prosecuted terrorists in NI. 5. I got free clothes for my wife and I from Lord Ali.

Department for Business and Trade It is Christmas early for Reform (no NI for Indian workers for 3 years they will obviously weaponise) and nothing for the arts and services industries especially Music - who need free trade with the EU restored. Another own goal
