Today, we pause to remember and honour the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day, marking the end of World War II in Europe on 8th May 1945.

On the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe, we look back at our patron, Richard Shuttleworth who, while serving in the Royal Airforce Volunteer Reserve, tragically lost his life during a training mission.

On the 80th anniversary of VE Day we remember the fallen, those who sacrificed their lives during conflict & the value & importance of peace, freedom & stability. For Gibraltar ๐ฌ๐ฎit allowed the slow start of the return of many of our people & the slow rebuilding of our community.
On the 80th anniversary of VE Day, the Fleet pauses to remember and honour the sacrifices of all those who served in the Second World War.
