I first heard the name Peter McParland in the commentary over grainy footage of the ‘57 FA Cup final on an old VHS tape. It made him out to be some kind of battering ram. Upon meeting him it was clear he was, in fact, the humblest, gentlest legend. Thank you, Peter. Sleep well ❤️
