Been involved with cgscdevelopment for just over 12 months now. It's been terrific, to see the young prospects in the 18s ready to step up for this and next season makes it worthwhile. We have used 6 U18s in the last two games. All been magnificent

Jason Vivell The issue with United's academy has been the amount of 19-20 year olds playing in the U21s that have no future here. It created a clocked up talent pool meaning the best of U18s weren't progressing like they do at other clubs i.e. Arsenal, City, Chelsea, etc.
