Kirby suggests the IDF is free to bomb humanitarian convoys unless "they knew exactly what they were hitting." No. International law requires doing everything feasible to verify that targets are not civilian prior to attack and to refrain from attack in case of doubt.

I spoke with Israeli intelligence officers about the AI-based target machine they used which marked 37,000 Gazans as suspects for assassination. These whistleblowers expose numerous machines & policies that killed thousands of civilians since October. 972mag.com/lavender-ai-is…

Two important amicus briefs filed this week in Skrmetti, by the ABA (advocate.com/news/tennessee…) and Yale philosophers (supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/23/2…). Conclusion: Tennessee's arguments are bad.

Disgraceful. The ICC should have issued arrest warrants months ago. The Security Council can still refer the Israel-Lebanon 'situation' to the ICC. But the Court can't deter violations or contribute to peace and security if it refuses to act.

Before you start celebrating the UK's agreement with Mauritius regarding the Chagos Islands, read this to see 1. the emptiness of formal sovereignty; 2. changing flags but maintaining the commitment to US empire: "At the same time, both our countries are committed to the need,

If you: ✅Bomb schools & get away with it ✅Bomb hospitals & get away with it ✅Bomb humanitarian workers & get away with it ✅Bomb refugees camps & get away with it Why wouldn't you think you can bomb peacekeepers & get away w it? There must be consequences for war crimes.
