Hmm. There’s a huge assumption women don’t watch football. They do & that’s what leagues & teams want. ‘Your’ game benefits from a wider, more diverse audience. More interest = more money = more investment = better football. That audience is rightly reflected in our studios too.

Some thoughts for those who talk about the development of women’s football without a hint of intersectionality. We received some heartbreaking messages at the start of the season about lack of representation, especially off the pitch/in promos/campaigns. We exist too…
