We are all products of our environment and those that we surround ourselves with. If your circle isn’t inspiring you to do more, you need new friends.

I couldn’t be more proud of the team of people around me, I’m constantly inspired by them all. Loyalty is so rare in this industry, money changes people, and you have to know how to filter all the noise. Cheers to those who don’t get lost.

Take count on how many new “superstars” there are. Outside of one hit they usually don’t stick around and it’s not their fault. If an artist doesn’t have personality, charisma, accessibility to their fans, good music alone is hard to make a lasting career out of.

I agree. Music videos don’t work the same anymore, you can even say YouTube shorts do better. That’s just what we are up against in an ever evolving industry.

Moe Shalizi 100%. And there is nothing wrong with that. Music is now competing with video games, streaming services, social media etc. less mega stars so artists are better off creating their own ecosystem and super serving them. Music is not the only game in town anymore.

The concept of equity is interesting to me, especially because 99% of people don’t really understand how hard it is to be an entrepreneur & risk it all to build a business but then they have a perceived value of self worth based off of doing their job, which they get paid to do.

Never been a religious person but I went to umrah this weekend and it was probably one of the most incredible feelings ever. The energy when you’re there is indescribable. Such a feeling of peace amongst so many. 🤲🏼🕋
