We have some good news to share! Our first shipment of ~3500 Oxygen Concentrators has landed in Delhi. They are being deployed across the country now. Thank you to our donors, partners and volunteers for your support in making this happen. We can't wait to share more with you.

TIL - FB has "memorialized accounts" for dead people - with tributes etc. These have 30M MAU (& growing). In the end state, FB will literally become a graveyard.

Edtech takes itself too seriously. I have seen kids laugh in school (offline and online) - but not with any edtech product so far.

Nate Angell Bret Taylor No argument from me there Nate, but that’s the premise I guess. Education isn’t conveying information. It is something deeper and more complex and Ed tech isn’t nearly there in replicating and improving that yet.

Applies to broader society as well. Counter-examples are exceptional; occuring slightly more freq. in society bcos there are multiple hierarchies of influence (politics, religion, finance, culture etc) vs a biz org. But largely, people adapt to culture, they don't change it.

Freshworks IPO is a seminal moment for India tech. ~30 years after Infosys ipo, we have graduated from global b2b services companies to global b2b product companies. Next milestone - ipo of a global B2C company from india.

A global product is one that caters to users across the whole globe. e.g. Google, Facebook, Samsung, Tiktok. Doesnt matter where the IPO happens.
