REALLY Just Eat UK and McDonald's UK we ordered our food just after 3pm, got it after 6pm, can under the delay due 2 heavy rain so a driver wasn't assigned until then but Y send the same order from 3pm that clearly had been sitting there all this time...shocking 😳 SO disappointed

Returning items to SHEIN has been the most difficult experience EVER n my 60 days returns window has almost run out 😤🤯 HELP!!!! Love their stuff n hope 2 continue 2 buy from them but if I can't return items when not suitable. My shopping with them is done sadly 😥

The QR code doesn't work which was sent and I can't even get in contact with customer service 😑

REALLY Sainsbury's 😤😡 my shopping turns up 1hr late, no phone call, many items missing, changed for everything n you can't do a redelivery!!!!😳

On phone 4 an hr only 2 be told, i'll get a refund in 3-5 days 5 bottles of Prosecco missing 🤔but changed in full this was for my birthday dinner I'm registered disabled so do most of heavy shopping online with Sainsbury's I'm so upset 😔

I was due to be making my birthday cake I can't because the butter 4 Sponge didn't arrive nor the buttercream 😭😭😭😭😭😭

My Sainsbury's delivery driver went above n beyond 2day...not only was she friendly but v helpful 2. She held the baskets so I didn't have 2 bend 2 get shopping. She was complimentary of my hair, she worn her mask she was a really lovely young lady I didn't get her name 🙁

Really Nectar spending 4ever in endless live chats, coming away with empty promises that my Nectar points WILL be transferred onto 1 card...only to find I can't redeem the points that do appear on my app... Can someone finally help me please. 😫 I've almost 9,000 points.

VERY disappointed with BT contacted them more than once with a problem, promised a call back from a manager on both occasions and I'm still waiting 🤔 on the 2nd call I was so emotional because of the nature of call I was assured I would get a call back 😔
