Sunday Scaries - going to sit here with them. My work career was way better in my 20s and 30s My emotional and spiritual health is way better in my 40s. I am a much better person. But not going to lie, didn’t think I would be where I am at 47.

Honestly, you dont want to be a house flipper right now. The market is unpredictable. You could sell in a day or you could sit for months. Right now the RE Brokers and Hard Money lenders are making more money than the flipper. Dont worry I am still in escrow to buy another
