The "J-Curve" of change is a helpful concept when thinking about the trajectory of a change initiative. Leaders assume that they will see early results from the implementation of change but performance often gets worse before it gets better. There are many reasons for it;

I am not impressed by people who put a lot of letters after their name, or a lot of titles in front. I AM impressed by people who are: Humble. Kind. Compassionate. Respectful. Diligent. Full of integrity.

Good to see this question Shawn. I can confirm that our paramedics have been doing this for over 20 years but very few to my knowledge have been doing it in ED in Canada. Huge shout out to Garrick Mok and Victoria Myers FIRST60 who have been doing some amazing work on this
