Gene regulation involves thousands of proteins that bind DNA, yet comprehensively mapping these is challenging. Our paper in Nature Genetics describes ChIP-DIP, a method for genome-wide mapping of hundreds of DNA-protein interactions in a single experiment. nature.com/articles/s4158…

In #GENETICS, Thomas Nguyen, Sheila Teves @sheilateves.bsky.social et al. study the regulation of Pol III transcription during different stages of heat shock stress in mouse stem cells, showing that the dynamic regulation & recovery of Pol III may be exclusive to the heat shock: buff.ly/JQLc7w1
