Chef extraordinaire Mark Buschle prepared authentic Spanish "tapas" for Spanish Club today. The menu featured: patatas bravas con aioli, ham croquettes, tortilla española, & berenjenas fritas con miel. Club member Mylez Clark summed it up: ¡Qué rico! (Delicious!).
