The key now: 1) Mitigating bank runs at regionals 2) Restoring confidence in on balance sheet deposits (above FDIC insurance) at banks that are strongly capitalized. Today should provide signal. We will know a lot about #1 tomorrow, but #2 will take some time I'm guessing
