Bake off technical week 4: caramelised white chocolate & blackcurrant cheesecakes Never. Again. Looks can be deceiving. These took hours, practically required scaffolding to avoid being mistaken for Yorkshire puddings… and they tasted like feet. #GBBO #BakeOffBakeAlong

Bake off WK 2: Mint chocolate biscuits Absolutely HATE baking with chocolate - nowhere to hide with it. Always ends up looking literally like 💩 & boy is it messy! Less of an Ingredient & more of a weapon of mass destruction in this kitchen. Tasted alright though 💪 #GBBO
