It was clear during today’s ward walk at the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital that doctors disagree. Rent-free and unashamedly pro FPR since 2022. This year doctors have received less than 1% towards remediating their 23% pay cut. No wonder doctors are voting YES to strike and to restore our pay.

DHSC are genuinely afraid of strikes so their solution is … putting up posters in your hospital. They know how to settle the dispute. Show the govt that doctors won’t rest until we get full pay restoration.
