Rowett Scientist Dr Viren Ranawana Viren Ranawana discusses in The Times @thetimesscot how to fool fussy eaters into eating vegetables. Research funded by the Scottish Government RESAS SEFARI Gateway shows nutritional advantages of baking vegetables into bread.

This week Silvia Gratz is taking part in the The Royal Society pairing scheme. In this "Week in Westminster" Silvia will shadow someone from Defra UK as she gets behind the scenes of policy formation. Later this year the pair will be reunited here at the Rowett.
