The government must act. This complacency is not in line with the will of the people. We must do all that we can to bring an end to the killing in Palestine.

Yesterday at committee I asked about balance in RTÉ’s coverage of the genocide in Palestine. It matters how this is reported in our media and the standards that are applied to this reporting.

There have been revelations of yet another overspend at RTÉ This time, the cost is an extra €900,000 for an IT project This information had to be dragged out after two hours in a Committee Where is the transparency?

We object to the removal of safeguards and the legal framework that underpins our neutrality. The Irish people cherish our neutrality and it must be protected.

It is hard to say that the government is not eroding our military neutrality when they are allowing this many US military flights through Ireland, all while they are working tirelessly to dismantle safeguards like the Triple Lock.
