I cannot endorse the benefits of simulation enough! Especially in regards to a deteriorating patient. -⬆️Patient safety culture -Risk reduction -Enhances knowledge retention -Strengthens critical soft skills -⬆️Clinical competence etc Have a listen to Dara OKeeffe Human Factors in Patient Safety
