New preprint from the Hu lab! We found: (1) The #FTD protein #PGRN interacts with the secreted lipase sPLA2-IIA to downregulate its levels and activities. (2) PGRN deficiency has a much earlier onset in the mouse strains expressing WT sPLA2-IIA. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
