I’ve had over 20 summers of travel baseball. Most of them have been amazing. 2025 we didn’t win a single tournament but it was my favourite summer of all. SO MUCH FUN. SO MUCH GROWTH. SO MUCH FAMILY. I wish the season was starting today!!!!!

Fastball will tell you all you need to know. If a high school pitcher can’t get hitters out with his fastball the next level will be hard. Same for a hitter. If you can’t square up a fastball in a fastball count your career is almost over.

Anybody that says you can’t change a person (especially a teenager) is dead wrong. Leadership is what is lacking and you can teach compete!!!!!

You definitely can’t change a person by patting them on the back when their 1. Prep was non existent 2. Focus was off 3. Effort was weak and 4. Compete was soft Those things can never be tolerated!!!!! That is a combination for mediocrity 👎🏼
