The last few weeks of trudging around the ten reservoirs of @E17Wetlands for very few birds were all forgotten today when I was rewarded for venturing out in heavy rain by finding this Red-breasted Merganser on Lockwood reservoir. My 151st species for the site. #londonbirds

An excellent spot by Chris Farthing this morning in awful conditions, this Red-breasted Merganser stayed around for lots of people to see.
