Honoured! Dominic Casey with Jane Williams, president of Rowing Ireland, after Casey was conferred with a doctorate by UCC tonight.

I was delighted to nominate Dominic Casey, High-performance rowing coach, with my colleague Ross O’Donovan. It was also a privilege to deliver his citation as he was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Education at University College Cork.

🚨 DOCTOR CASEY! Congrats to Dominic Casey, the coach behind the incredible success of Irish lightweight rowing and a key driver in the success of Skibbereen Rowing Club, after he was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Education by UCC Ireland on Wednesday evening. Well deserved!
