This week Barnsley Cabinet approved a £2.5m education support package for Barnsley kids. This will see grants towards the cost of school uniforms for EVERY child in the borough. This is the difference it makes having a Labour Council delivering for Barnsley families.

Three Roman coin hoards were discovered in Darfield during the construction of an housing estate between 1947-1950. Over 1500 coins were unearthed, many of which are now in archaeology collections across country and on display in the Experience Barnsley Museum.
