15 emergency & aid workers in Gaza – from PRCS, Palestinian Civil Defense and UN - were found buried by their wrecked & well-marked vehicles. Our condolences to their families. They were killed by Israeli forces while trying to save lives. We demand answers & justice.

As UN humanitarian leaders we are repeating unequivocally to the world: we are being deliberately blocked from saving lives in Gaza, and so civilians are dying.

On the evening of 8 April, MSF teams in Al Mawasi clinic, southern Gaza, received an influx of nine people after a strike hit 300 metres away from the facility. Two were dead on arrival, including a two-year-old boy, the seven others were wounded.

Families in Gaza are starving while the food they need is sitting at the border. But World Food Programme hasn't been able to get new aid in since 2 March. If we wait for famine to be officially confirmed, it will be TOO LATE. We need access. We need a ceasefire. We need to move NOW.
