It was a delight to be in the company of Tootsie Tomanetz, 87-year-old pitmaster at Snow's BBQ/Kerry Bexley, today. The bbq was otherworldly, and the atmosphere was heartwarming and life-affirming. It was more than a meal. It was an experience. Thank you, Kerry Bexley, Tootsie, and team!
An hour drive to the middle of nowhere Texas to stand in line for another 4 hours. Worth every minute. Snow's BBQ/Kerry Bexley is the best plate of BBQ I’ve ever had.
