Today, the Legislature passed the 2024-25 Budget. This budget preserves funding for our schools and financial aid for college, including middle class scholarships and begins implementing #CalGrant Reform. I am proud of the Legislature's work to protect access to education.

The Legislature passed a budget that protects key services for CA. While I am disappointed #CalGrantReform will not be implemented this year, I want to thank all those who continue to work with the Legislature on this issue. Our work to expand access to education is not done.
