The Harper Adams University #notil trial is about to get drilled with some spring barley. It’s still like play dough so a couple more days drying before the seed sees the soil.

Matthew Cornes drilling the Harper Adams University Conservation Ag trial - it’s finally in ! Not ideal soil wise the slots open in places, but I’d rather worry about it growing than sowing so it’s on ! #notil

Spring barley drilled in the Harper Adams University Conservation Agriculture experiment yesterday. It's been a challenging farming year so far but we are underway again! Cheers to Matthew Cornes Paul Cawood 🇺🇦 Simon Jeffery 🌾🚜

🍃Exciting news! We are launching a new partnership between Harper Adams University and Field Studies Council with our MSc in Biological Recording and Analysis!🌿Transform your passion into impact with hands-on training in field skills, identification and data analysis🌍 Start making a

Very honoured to receive a Rabobank scholarship to present my Harper Adams University PhD research at the World Congress of conservation #agriculture this summer in South Africa. Thanks to Simon Jeffery Paul Cawood 🇺🇦 Ed (diffuse prior) Harris @AgriTechEcon for their contribution to the project!

The Harper Adams University #conservationagriculture #notil trial. Spr barley Vs WOSR. The barley followed a failed OSR crop so the plan changed. The conventional plots were kept in OSR. The OSR yield will be interesting.

Many congratulations to Laura M Martinez-Ch from Harper Adams University and CTP-FCR who has been awarded the Fruiterers Livery prize today Fruit Focus for her work improving biological control of potato aphid on strawberry.

I am very grateful to BASE-UK for sponsoring the Harper Adams University Conservation Agriculture Systems Experiment. I look forward to continuing to work on the project alongside agronomists Paul Cawood 🇺🇦 and Alistair Sibbett. 🌾🚜

I am thrilled to share that our review has been published! In it we discuss the gaps in knowledge on the role of genetic variation on host-parasitoid interactions. resjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ee… Many thanks to all my co-authors Tom Pope Alison Karley Dr Joe Roberts Dr Francis Wamonje

Joe Collins sharing his fascinating PhD comparing conventional and conservation agriculture techniques and their impact on soil, carbon, yield, and profitability at #BaseConf25.
