After a great first ever season of throwing, I'm happy to share that I achieved a 9.81 meter throw in shot put and a 26.90 meter throw in discus. Great foundation and can't wait to get to work this summer! MikeClarkPreps National Throws

I would like to thank Coach Kajtsa from Impact Throwing Academy for having me at the throwing clinic this past Sunday! It was great to work with multiple talented and helpful coaches! I was happy to start learning the rotation in shot this summer and get more practice!

Last week I worked on my sweep in shot and my release in disc. Lots more to work on in both but much improvement as well!

WSC All Conference 5th Place! A huge PR with a throw of 10.73m. It was a great way to end the indoor season and big things are ahead for outdoor!
