One month in and I’m loving my new job as an improvement advisor at Homerton Improvement. I’ve known for a while that change, improvement and innovation is exactly where I’m meant to be and im excited for what’s to come 🚀

I know have an NHS hat back alongside my role Lister. I’ll do my very best to keep these two hats on as I proceed with both. Part time / flexible roles play a role in workforce retention.
