Today was such a happy day in our lab! SOUPAYAN BANERJEE received his PhD offer letter from Texas A&M University and we celebrated his offer letter signing with cake and claps 👏🏼 He joined us a year ago with unbridled enthusiasm and so glad we could add wind to his science journey!

On the last day of the retreat, the theme was “Reflections”. Crew reflected on their personal& professional growth areas from the past year and identified areas they would like to grow in the coming year. It’s amazing to see the clarity in their thinking! Year 4, we are ready 💪🏼
