⚠️ Despite “classical” descriptions of cervical myelopathy, >40% of pts have severe neck pain 🤕 (VAS>6) For these pts w/ multilevel pathology, which is better:ACDF or lami+fusion? Surprisingly, we found postop neck pain was the same! 🔬: QOD AANS/CNS Spine Section NREF AANS
