Reminder: TSH is a brain hormone, not a thyroid hormone. To know how your thyroid is doing, ask for: FT3, FT4, reverse T3, anti-TPO, anti-TG. Keep digging. Don’t settle for “you’re fine,” when you don’t feel fine.

You can’t talk therapy your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. If your body is stuck in fight-flight-freeze, you’ll feel stuck no matter how much you talk about it. You need somatic tools WITH therapy. Your body needs to feel safe to heal.
