yesterday was my final day at TeamSLTCRH Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS FT, so sad saying my goodbyes to my team and the MDT colleagues that I have come across, working on both general med/neuro and stroke wards! But I am excited for my next SLT chapter 🥰🧠💬🗣️
