A very sad day today to hear of the passing of #jprwilliams An incredible full back whose tackling was as fearsome as his try scoring. Thoughts and condolences to his family and to all at Bridgend Ravens

Chris was one of the first coaches to use the FA's sports science lab I ran at Lilleshall. I have fond memories of working with him and his challenging discussions. A lovely man. Thoughts to his family Former NI and Saints defender Nicholl dies at 77 - bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

Rebecca said this of her induction: “My journey started 13 years ago and now here I am being inducted to the National Football Museum Hall of Fame alongside legends of the game, it doesn’t feel real to me”

Like a fine Lilac Wine, #ElkieBrooks seems to get even better as she gets older. Fabulous performance tonight at Birmingham Town Hall and a fantastic & well-deserved reception for the first concert in her 81st year! Elkie Brooks

Well done to all the staff of AFC Telford United (P) for the highly professional handling of a serious injury to the Lowestoft keeper at today's match requiring a stoppage of over an hour. Well managed by the match officials too, with good commication to over 1000 fans in the stadium.
