I'm starting to realise how useful Amp — Research Preview's feature where you can share your threads with your team is. I thought it's unnecessary at first but as I'm helping a new member onboard to the team, I realised how useful it is to share a convo with the agent for knowledge-sharing.

I have been messing around with Claude Code a bit. It quickly started going in circles so I have copied the directory and fed CC and Amp — Research Preview the same prompt. Amp fixed the bug in two test run iterations. CC is still trying. Same base models!! Amp team is just cooking magic.

I really, really like Amp — Research Preview . They fix bugs less than 24 hours in the discord, super hungry team (often fix immediately) Isaac Flath going to do a detailed teardown, including what's different from Claude Code

I'm loving Amp — Research Preview, I also use Claude Code and Gemini Cli. But quality on amp is amazing it catches things the others don't. Tried Open Code but did not seem to work well, might try again.

Amp Tab is off by default in Amp. More and more people are finding it and enabling it. New features like this need to earn their usage before we consider making them on by default, rather than riding the popularity of the other stuff. Try it out! I use and love it.
