One amazing thing about Surrey and Sussex is our landscape. Being a dog owner, or dog handler for our joint forces, we have some of the greatest dog walks around!! Even the dogs soak up the view. Here is the Angmering Park Estate looking out towards Burpham, Arundel

PD Domino: A few weeks ago Domino’s handler got rammed by a burglar who made off in a vehicle. This week Domino got her say in the matter when the same male got stopped in a car on false plates and drugs and cash were found. Searching his address found stolen tools too/more drugs

PD Cruze: A stolen motorbike rider failed to stop for police and the rider, thinking he’d outsmart us, drove onto the Southdown’s in Shoreham. Cruze, however, has a keen eye and a great sense of smell. Hiding in woodland, shiny teeth were enough persuasion to not run anymore!

PD Billy: German Shepherd Billy joined firearms units in Hove to safely arrest a male after two stabbings inside an address. PD Domino: Sprocker Spaniel Domino has then searched the address and indicated on a safe. Once opened, drugs and cash found within. Teamwork 🐕

PD Percy: Police were called to males with machetes in the west of the county. Three males made off, pursued by Percy and handler. Two males detained by Percy with large quantity of cash and drugs recovered. No knife recovered this time, but their time will come 🐕

PD Billy: After a stolen motorbike was stopped and rider detained by Billy’s driver, Billy went off in search of more people involved. Locating another stolen bike, Billy then tracked through a farm, finding two males hiding. Both ran, one brought to justice by Billy, one gave up

PD Paddy: What does this magnetic box of goodies stuck to the underside of a drug dealers car and this Spaniel have in common… Both were fixed to the same area of the car by the owner Paddy got the Baddy (bad joke)

PD Domino (black and white) and PD Jake (brown): The spaniels were on fire last night, being involved in multiple vehicle stops, finding large amounts of hidden Class A drugs and cash in Brighton. Suspects heading off to Custody to get their usual All Day Breakfast. The👃 knows

PD Billy: A male wanted recall to prison for, an almost infinite number of offences, in the Chichester area has today found out he can no longer run… Jumping over a fence, running up an embankment, only to find himself being dragged back down by Billy, he is now in custody 🐕💪

PD Victor: From catching drink drivers who run from collisions in Sunbury and Knaphill, to a thief who was stealing from cars in Bagshot, who was tracked down with stolen credit cards, Victor has played a great role in protecting the public this past week. Good lad 💪

PD Bear: Officers were called to a building site in Hastings to a report of two males sneaking around with torches. Bear arrives, with his driver, chases one of the balaclava clad males, detaining him after a few obstacles. The other arrested nearby. No tools stolen tonight 🐕

PD Tsar: If you spend your night breaking into cars in East Sussex, expect to meet Tsar! After the victim had his car broken into, he followed the suspect to a building site where Tsar has arrived, searched, found and made sure the suspect didn’t leave 🦷 Unless it was with us 🐕

PD Bear: After a report of a male breaking into vehicles in Maresfield, he made off on foot. Whilst out searching for the male he was spotted by Bears driver, who deployed Bear, detaining the male and the the items located on him stolen from a nearby vehicle

PD Billy/Domino: Drug dealing in a stolen car, then trying to outrun Billy in Bognor ends badly. Forensics have linked the dealer to a large scale supply from Kent, with thanks to Domino locating a huge stash in the stolen car along with a wad of cash 💪 Immigration also informed

PD Tsar: * 120mph in a 30mph zone * Drink and drug driving/no insurance * Resisting arrest Not a great idea to hide behind a wheelie bin when you’re tracked down by Tsar after failing to stop. All that effort for a night in the cells. See you in court 👨‍⚖️

PD Percy: Officers in Lancing were called to a report of two males with knives in a local park. Local officers arrived on scene, the males ran, both get detained but one threw a knife away during the chase. In comes Percy, searching the area he locates the discarded knife. Nice!
