Y6 have had a special treat this afternoon. As they come to the end of their time at St Anne's we thought we would have one last special dinner together and the choice was McDonald's UK! As you can tell, they were very pleased! Huge thanks to the staff at Gower Street McDonald's!

In Science, Dragonflies started their new topic and began to explore inheritance using Mr Men! They created their own 'offspring' by using existing characters and explored what charteristics they would inherit!

Dragonflies have learning all about DNA and how it helps create who we are. They then created their own DNA sequences! They then used these DNA sequences to identify the characteristics of different skeletons to work out what they looked like when they were alive!

Words cannot describe how proud we are of our amazing, hardworking and inspirational Dragonflies! This week, they have been working very hard and today they finished their SATS. The children have been working hard all year and they have all given 100%! 💙💛💫

Today, some our Y5/6s attended a Netball tournament at Standish High School. They represented the school brilliantly by showing team work and great sportsmanship! Well done team! Cathy Robinson
