A3: After a Morning Greeting at the door, music is playing as Ss get ready for their day. Allows me to connect w/ each S first thing and begins our day on a positive note. #323learns

A4: I’m very open & honest w/ Ss- whether it’s a mistake or a ? I don’t know the answer to. I even keep Smarties close by for Ss who catch my mistakes. A fun way to show them that making mistakes is absolutely ok & that’s how we learn! #323learns
