.Secretary Antony Blinken spoke with Egyptian Foreign Minister Abdelatty today and thanked him for Egypt’s pivotal role in securing a ceasefire and hostage deal. They also reaffirmed coordination on finding a path for peace in Sudan.





In his farewell call with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, Secretary Antony Blinken thanked him for the strong U.S.-UK partnership to promote a safe and secure world, and they discussed Ukraine, competition with the People's Republic of China, and the Middle East conflict.

.Secretary Antony Blinken spoke with United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister عبدالله بن زايد today. They discussed the importance of implementing the ceasefire agreement in Gaza without delay. They also spoke about advancing post-conflict planning for the governance and security of Gaza.

In their final call, Secretary Antony Blinken thanked Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha 🇺🇦 for strengthening the U.S.-Ukraine bilateral relationship. They also discussed the recent sanctions actions to deprive Russia of resources, and conditions for a secure and peaceful Ukraine.
