Donostia -San Sebastian and a great lunch at Gerald’s Bar were we sadly missed a catch up with co owner Bella Bowring who I have not seen for years but her team did a great job whilst she was away and we had a super lunch then went to watch the surfers at the beach

Honfleur -such a lovely town and wow what a treat -seafood platter and the chefs that cooked it! And an old cheese I remember well from my Dorchester days,at a village nearby.Pont LEveque love that cheese!

Back in the UK catching up and major “Getting the van ready!” For phase two of our trip . Europe for the last three months has been a blast and I’ve had such a good tour - very inspiring and excellent produce. I’ve met some amazing people along the way and so far so good! X

Great start to the trip to Canada 🇨🇦 . Montreal and Halifax. The van has arrived and we will be setting off soon. For the next part of the adventure it’s just van travel time with Jo and the dogs.

Loving the fresh fish in Canada and Nova Scotia scallops amazing. Slept on the beach side went to see Fort Anne and a walk by the highest tide in the world- Bay of Fundy

Well it’s the 2nd week in Canada and some new experiences-my first Canadian drop toilet on a stunning beach!!! Yes it was as rough as it looked. Spotting a Piping Plover and endangered rare breed of bird on a different beach and how to make use of seaside rubbish a wall of bouys

#Cabottrail #NovaScotia some of the highlights and Jo was delighted she saw a moose! I was driving down a hill so missed it! Still snow on the mountain tops here and the trees are starting to bud.

Some great Canadian food and the suppliers! Octopus’s cafe for a lobster roll and tomato herb soup then onto Octopus icecream later for icecream Amazing flavours and great fun.

Quebec what a place -the Provence is amazing the scenery something special and Quebec City a stunning vibrant place were historic meets modern.
